George is a professional geologist with 25 years of experience in the energy industry. He has founded three companies over his career and is dedicated on creating value while reducing GHG emissions across Canada. George is an active member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and the Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (CHFCA).
Rich Greenough,
Director
Rich is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience building and leading organizations in both public market and private equity settings. He is driven to deliver shareholder value from high growth new-ventures. Highly adaptive, with a proven ability to deal with risk and ambiguity. He obtained his Chartered Accounting designation and an MBA from Queens University and Cornell.
Jason Schultz,
Director
Jason has a diverse 15-year track record of energy exposure within the downstream, midstream, and upstream channels, coupled with another decade of railway, logistics, sales, supply chain and contract management experience. Jason holds an MBA in International Business Management and a B.Sc. in Physical Geography from the University of Saskatchewan.

Ed has over 40 years of experience in strategy, corporate governance and leadership in energy trading, logistics, finance and risk management. Successfully stewarding Elbow River Marketing as an owner and President for over 12 years including its disposition. He has developed marketing channels for over 20 commodities in his career along with carbon credit trading.
Gary Kline,

Gary has 40 years of experience in energy business development, including work in the power markets. Gary was the President and Co-founder of Resource Royalty and the Director of Business Development at TransAlta Corp and SVP of Commercial Development at Provident Energy.
Doug Lautermilch,
Strategic Advisor
Doug has 35 years of industry experience leading complex organizations. In addition, he has 25 years of experience in multi-discipline engineering, fabrication and construction of highly technical EPC mega projects developed with various contract strategies. Project leadership experience includes responsibility for delivery as the owner’s representative and numerous projects delivered as the EPC service provider.
Marie Buchinski,

Marie is a lawyer with a track record of success providing strategic advice and representing clients on diverse regulatory and related commercial matters, with a focus on project development and associated approval requirements, compliance, tolls and tariffs, and Indigenous matters. Marie holds an LLB and BComm from the University of Saskatchewan.
Don Lawton,
Strategic Advisor
Don brings over 32 years of experience in geophysics to SpectrumH2, including about 15 years in the carbon capture and storage (CCS) field. Don was a Professor at the University of Calgary for 32 years and is instrumental in helping develop and implement our subsurface modeling required for CCS programs.
